Mick from Drifters and his lovely girlfriend, Riley, have opened a new restaurant on West Street opposite the Stone Rose.
The food is fantastic and the best Western food I have had for quite some time in Yangshuo. The menu has a number of new dishes not found elsewhere in town and the portion sizes seem to be generous.
I have found that getting a half decent seafood pizza in China has never been possible, but Ryleys has a great seafood pizza, does a yummy smoked salmon salad and offers an absolutely delicious apple tart.
The restaurant is relatively big with 2 levels and has options for both inside/outside seating. The place is already winning over customers, as those who have already eaten at Ryleys are generally coming back because of the great food.
